Who is Parente Legal Services Professional Corporation?
Parente Legal Services Professional Corporation is a company that represents injured workers and employers in
dealings with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
My assistant and I have a combined over 36 years experience in dealing with these issues. We will challenge inappropriate submissions by the WSIB to get you what is right and fair. We act on your behalf with the board and will appeal any decision to the Appeals Resolution Officer which we see as being unfair. If necessary we will take the appeal to the Appeals Tribunal if we cannot resolve the issue with the Appeals Resolution Officer.
After your issue is resolved we will be there to act on your behalf and assure that you get any reassessments that you may be entitled to. We can represent you in your return to work process. We also do mediation between employer and worker to ensure a safe return to work policy is established. If you already have a disability pension or a pension for a permanent impairment from the WSIB we can have it reassessed in an attempt to get you more. We will represent you on your NEL appeals within both the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Appeals Resolution Officer and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
